Monsoon Collection

Street Furniture Australia has launched the Monsoon Collection, a series of litter receptacles for urban streetscapes.

The collection includes the original and iconic Monsoon Round Bin, the sleek and stylish City Bin and the larger Monsoon Bin Enclosure available in medium or large. All designs offer a choice of perforated or non-perforated panels and a recycling model option.

Featuring a winged roof, the Monsoon Collection is unique to other receptacles. Every aspect of the roof has been carefully considered and designed to protect contents from rainwater, scavenging birds and to minimise odour and mess.

Focused on promoting environmental sustainability, Street Furniture Australia has designed the City Bin and Bin Enclosures to offer an eco-friendly recycling station that can align side-by-side or in dual, triple or quad configurations.

Why choose the original Linea over reproductions?

Successful products are often followed by copycats. Over the past year we have become aware of an increase in reproductions of the Linea range attempting to create a similar aesthetic at a lower price. This can compromise the overall durability and environmental credentials of projects being delivered, affect ongoing maintenance requirements, and in some instances pose a risk of injury to the public. Linea strictly uses the highest quality and sustainable materials, has passed rigorous strength tests, and is designed for longevity, with easily replaceable parts. The product range is the result of hundreds of hours of research and development …

Street Furniture Australia has elected to use SBTi validated science-based targets to ensure their ERS is meaningful and aligns with the 2015 Paris Agreement – to limit global temperature rises to 1.5℃ above pre-industrial levels. For those emissions that can’t be …

A simple solution inspired by popular demand, Street Furniture Australia’s new plinth bracket allows seats and benches to fix straight onto concrete and eliminates the need to design and fabricate custom parts. After being inundated with requests to mount our seats on plinths, SFA production manager Christopher Morgan used our in-house 3D printer to create a model for a bracket to match our benches and seats. The new plinth bracket now joins our standard range, received with interest by councils and landscape architects. The bracket is available, at no extra cost, for our Galleria, Concourse and Mall benches, slim benches and seats, with battens in Jarrah, anodised aluminium or powder coated in any colour.
