Albert River Park
Logan City Council has upgraded Albert River Park in Eagleby, Queensland, with new furniture, an adventure playground and flying fox – in energising colours. The furniture is fixed onto concrete, with some areas painted to look like picnic rugs with geometric yellow, white and grey patterns. City Lifestyle Committee Chairperson, Councillor Laurie Koranski said the $720,000 upgrade was designed with families in mind, to provide an updated shaded play space. “This innovative new playground will provide endless hours of entertaining and engaging fun for children of all ages,” Cr Koranski said. “And the nearby seating and terraced landscaping allows parents and carers to relax while they watch their children play.” Classic Galleria Mitred Slim Benches, fixed together at right angles with their diagonal joint, have been powdercoated in Pearl White …
