St Anthony’s Catholic School NSW, Australia (2019)

Rainbow benches are installed in outdoor learning and play areas of St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School in Marsfield in northern Sydney.

The students were consulted in the design of their new playground, says Principal Julianne Rook, and requested ‘Rainbow Seats’ to brighten the space.

“They chose vivid, happy colours to complement the soft fall and shade cloth colours, favouring a combination of curved and straight seating,” she says.

“The space is multi-functional, serving as both an outdoor learning and interactive play space.”

Mall Curved Slim Benches are paired with Mall Slim Benches to create curved and straight formations.

The battens are powdercoated in Lobster Red, Sensation Orange, Brilliant Yellow, Viper Green, Bondi Blue and Jaybird – with Lobster Red frames – for the rainbow effect.

The colours are part of our UV stable fade-resistant DuraBright range.
