Designed by Arcadia Landscape Architecture, Hudson Street Park is surrounded by mixed-use Meriton development Luna in Lewisham.

The 3,200 sqm public park is designed to transform “a former light industrial area into a desirable locality where people will want to live and spend time in,” say the landscape architects.

Arcadia worked alongside Marrickville Council, PTW Architects, Enstruct Civil Engineers and Meriton to ensure the park would fulfil the McGill Street Masterplan (2011)

Classic Plaza Seats, Benches and Tables facilitate places to meet, rest, play, work and dine – installed by V&V Landscapers.

The furniture features battens in eco-certified Jarrah hardwood, with Sable Bass textured frames.

Warners Bay Sculpture Walk

The Warners Bay Foreshore is a major recreational drawcard for Lake Macquarie, and a popular stop-off point on a shared pathway that runs from Eleebana to Boolaroo and Booragul. Lake Macquarie City Council refreshed the area with new plazas, extended gardens, viewing areas, a fitness trail and sculpture walk. Visitors can meet at the first artwork, ‘Beach Blossom,’ at Eleebana Lions Park, and walk or ride a bicycle, stopping off at sculptures on the way to the Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery.
