Street Furniture Australia’s factory in Regents Park, Western Sydney, is both a manufacturing hub and R&D studio for our Australian-designed and made street furniture products.
We host fun and informative factory tours for customers throughout the year, to show how our products are designed, tested and built, and to share our latest products and projects.
This is a free group event catering to landscape architects, architects, and asset managers from government agencies.
The 2-hour experience includes:
Touring the Factory and Showroom, where you will hear about the latest products and materials.
Meeting our production team and seeing how products are made.
Seeing the R&D facilities where materials and products are developed and tested.
A presentation on products of interest and environmental initiatives.
Q&A with our industrial designers.
Refreshments and morning tea.
For those who are interested we offer complimentary bus/mini van transportation from a convenient location within the Sydney CBD.

Achieving carbon neutral certification marks a significant milestone in our operation and the culmination of a four year long process of detailed measurement and analysis. Climate Active™ is the only Australian government-backed carbon neutral certification programme for businesses to measure, reduce, and offsets their carbon emissions. Cumberland City Council, the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects and Street Furniture Australia in November co-hosted a factory tour and knowledge exchange for Councils about creating great public spaces and local manufacturing. Guest speakers presented enriching case studies and conversations about Country, climate, culture and community at the Street Furniture Australia factory, which is located within the Cumberland LGA in Western Sydney. 55 people attended the event.
