The app aims to make specifying and sharing concepts easier and more enjoyable, says Design and Marketing Manager June Lee Boxsell.

The latest Augmented Reality (AR), technology is now capable of realistic and accurate virtual renderings that spring to life on your phone or tablet.

“When we saw the first prototype we were amazed at the quality and just how far this technology has progressed,” says Boxsell.

“The furniture appears life-size in the room on your screen, so you can see how it will fit in a space. All aspects down to the finishes and fixings underneath are photorealistic – even the light changes accurately as you move.

“We hope the app will help designers reduce some of the hours they currently spend on renderings and drawings, by allowing them to see and really experience their furniture ideas, brought to life in ultra-realistic augmented reality.

“The app will be connected to our sales team and factory, so when you are ready you can click to request a quote for your specification. We also hope it is fun and enjoyable to use.”

The app will first be available on iOS, with Android devices soon to follow.
