Street Furniture Australia is excited to announce that our stylish and robust Concourse Seat has been chosen to furnish more than 28 train stations across NSW. In a recent announcement by Gladys Berejiklian, NSW Minister for Transport, it was revealed that the NSW Government has committed $33 million to upgrading train stations across the state. Along with new lighting, landscaping and paintwork, train platforms will be furnished with a total of 800 Concourse Seats. Faced with the challenging task to produce 800 seats in 8 weeks, SFA approached the assembly process with Toyota lean principles at our Regents Park factory.
