Princes Pier

Princes Pier is a 580 metre long heritage listed timber pile pier constructed between 1912 and 1915. The pier played a key role in Australia’s wartime and multicultural history as the departure point for Australian troops during the First and Second World wars and the first landing point in Australia for thousands of post-war migrants. Darling Harbour

Arqua Stations were installed at Darling Quarter in Darling Harbour as part of a strategy to implement a plastic bottle-free environment. As well as protecting the marine eco-system by reducing the amount of waste, the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority aimed to better accommodate the tourist industry by providing fresh drinking water. Monsoon Bins were also installed in the Darling Quarter redevelopment.
